FWC Boston - Procurement - Expression of Interest – Accreditation Services
Boston Soccer 2026 Corp (FWC Boston) is the host city organizing committee leading the strategic planning and execution of the seven matches of the FIFA World Cup 26™ awarded to Boston, including the official celebratory events taking place over a 39-day period surrounding the tournament in 2026. We aim to create and deliver memorable and safe experiences that promote the region.
We are inviting expressions of interest from companies interested in being included on the tender list for any or all of the following work packages:
ACC01 – Accreditation Services
The purpose of the FWC Boston Host City Accreditation is to identify, register and accredit all people involved in the staging of the FIFA World Cup who will either not receive a FIFA Accreditation or those who have received FIFA Accreditation and need access to the Boston ’26 Celebration, Transport and FIFA Fan Festival sites.
This accreditation will allow them the necessary access to perform their roles and provide a visual validation that an individual is associated with the Host Committee either directly or as a subcontractor.

The questionnaire requests standard company information and examples of relevant experience. At this stage, no additional documentation is required. Any unsolicited requests for information or submissions will not be reviewed.

At this time, we are unable to provide additional details about the RFP. Further information will be shared with qualifying companies in the next stage of the process, scheduled for late June 2025. This will include the signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and the release of the tender documents.
Submission Deadline:
To be considered for the tender list, please submit the completed questionnaire no later than July 8th, 2025
