FWC Boston - Procurement - Expression of Interest – Catering Services

Boston Soccer 2026 Corp (FWC Boston) is the host city organizing committee leading the strategic planning and execution of the seven matches of the FIFA World Cup 26™ awarded to Boston, including the official celebratory events taking place over a 39-day period surrounding the tournament in 2026. We aim to create and deliver memorable and safe experiences that promote the region.

 

We are inviting expressions of interest from companies interested in being included on the tender list for any or all of the following three work packages:

PTC01 – Premium Ticketing Catering

Provision of all components required to deliver an elevated catering service and menu concept within a dedicated hospitality structure, delivered by Boston 26. An exclusive ticket-only, lounge-style seating with a terraced area, operating for 39 days within the FIFA Fan Festival.

 

The scope is likely to include, but is not limited to:

 

Guest attendance per session is expected up to 600 pax, with multiple matches occurring on the same day during the tournament. Commercial models will be discussed during the RFP process.

FAB01 – Public Concessions

Provision of all infrastructure and operational support required for public food and beverage concessions during the 39-day FIFA Fan Festival.

The scope is likely to include, but is not limited to:

 

Daily opening hours are to be confirmed, with peak capacity anticipated at 6,000 attendees at any given time. Commercial models will be discussed during the RFP process.

WKF01 – Workforce Feeding

Workforce feeding includes the provision of hot meals for Paid, Volunteers and Contractors during the 39-day plus duration of the FIFA Fan Festival. Provision of a canteen-style service for workforce feeding on a menu cycle serving hot food for morning, lunch and dinner, with an additional requirement for an all-day refreshment station.

The scope is likely to include, but is not limited to:

 

Daily serving times are to be confirmed, with peak workforce capacity anticipated at 600 per day. Commercial models will be discussed during the RFP process.

Select the applicable packages you wish to participate in.  The questionnaire requests standard company information and examples of relevant experience. At this stage, no additional documentation is required. Any unsolicited requests for information or submissions will not be reviewed.

Please Note

 

At this time, we are unable to provide additional details about the RFP. Further information will be shared with qualifying companies in the next stage of the process, scheduled for late June 2025. This will include the signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and the release of the tender documents.

Submission Deadline:
