The Road to 26 continues with the announcement of Men in Blazers Media Network bringing live programming to Boston
BOSTON, MA (September 3, 2025) – FIFA World Cup 26™ Boston today announced that it will work with Men in Blazers Media Network (MIBMN), North America’s largest soccer-focused media company, to bring their Tour of America and other tournament programming to the city of Boston.
This partnership will feature Boston-centric live and digital programming from MiBMN surrounding the FIFA World Cup and key moments leading up to next summer’s tournament – which is set to be the biggest sporting event in history. With its trademark mix of celebrity guests, passionate analysis, irreverent humor, and genuine celebration of the game of soccer, MiBMN will help build excitement among local fans and celebrate the city’s unique connection to the sport in the countdown to the tournament through Boston voices across soccer, culture, and entertainment.
“We’re excited to partner with Rog and his incredible team at Men in Blazers Media Network, to bring the Tour of America to Boston,” said Jon Persch, Chief Commercial Officer of the FIFA
World Cup 26TM Boston Local Organizing Committee. “Working with MiBMN gives us the unique opportunity to showcase our city’s love of soccer and what makes Boston a special Host City. We are welcoming the world at the same time as we are celebrating the 250th birthday of our country. It all started here in Boston, and we can’t wait to continue the Road to 26 through Rog and MIBMN’s storytelling expertise and passion.”
“Having the pinnacle of men’s football on our shores will be like a tidal wave propelling the growth of the game we love in the nation we adore,” said Men in Blazers CEO & Founder Roger Bennett. “To partner with Boston – a city we know, and love so much – and use our storytelling and platform to sing its narrative to the world is the honor of a lifetime. We cannot wait to build programming to drumbeat up to the arrival of the tournament, telling the singular history and culture of the city and its unique footballing passion, as well as introducing the incoming flood of global football fans to the wonder of a cannoli from the North End or local New England Clam Chowder. To cap it all with live programming is why we exist as a media platform – to bring joy, meaning, and a sense of active memory-making through football.”
By creating Boston-centric videos, podcasts, and social media pieces, MiBMN will promote the city to their millions of followers around the world, generating buzz and excitement for fans to travel there, and experience the tournament in Boston for themselves. MiBMN’s extensive portfolio of talent will lend their creative direction to producing material which represents the authenticity of Boston’s connection to the sport, and the pride of the fans who live there in hosting matches during the tournament.
MiBMN will create fan-focused programming that spotlights the city’s unique character – from must-see sights and neighborhoods to local food, culture, and hidden gems. MiBMN will also bring its signature live-show experience to Boston on a matchday, celebrating the world’s game with fans on the ground and extending the excitement to global audiences through MiBMN’s digital platforms.
