A Celebration for the Fans

The FIFA Fan Festival™ Boston at City Hall Plaza will serve as the city’s central gathering place for fans, residents, and visitors to celebrate the seven FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches hosted at Boston Stadium this summer.

Located in the heart of downtown, the festival will transform City Hall Plaza into a vibrant football hub, bringing the energy of the tournament directly to the city. Fans can watch live match broadcasts and highlights on big screens while enjoying interactive games, football-themed activities, and entertainment throughout the day. A curated food and beverage program will also showcase Boston’s local flavors, creating an atmosphere that blends the global excitement of the FIFA World Cup with the character of the city.

The FIFA Fan Festival™ Boston is expected to take place over up to 16 days in June 2026, delivered in partnership with the City of Boston and state partners. Additional details, including the full schedule of programming, specific dates, and hours of operation, will be announced in March 2026.

Getting to the FIFA Fan Festival

We strongly encourage fans to take public transit. Expect Downtown roads and transit to be much busier than usual on match days. Local roads, walking, and cycling routes will also have temporary changes. Please check your plans and allow extra travel time.
