FWC Boston - Cleaning & Waste Services - Expression of Interest

Boston Soccer 2026 Corp (FWC Boston) is the host city organizing committee responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of the seven FIFA World Cup 26™ matches awarded to Boston, including the official celebratory events taking place over a 39-day period surrounding the tournament in 2026. We aim to create and deliver memorable and safe experiences that promote the region including its local businesses.  

 

We are inviting expressions of interest from companies with relevant event experience interested in being included on the tender list for any or all of the following two work package:

CCW01 - FIFA Fan Festival Cleaning Services

A turnkey service for all cleaning operations at the FIFA Fan Festival (FFF), including planning, mobilization, staffing, execution, sustainability, and reporting. The appointed service provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and visible services in collaboration with FWC Boston, the FFF production company, and the municipal waste authorities of the City of Boston.

 

All services must prioritize guest well-being, site hygiene and its alignment with sustainability and operational values.

The scope is likely to include, but is not limited to:

  • Delivering a consistent and high-standard cleaning and waste services throughout the FFF.
  • Always ensuring a sanitary and visually clean public and staff areas.
  • Minimizing environmental impacts through responsible waste handling and resource efficiency.
  • Demonstrating a transparent service through active monitoring, documentation, and reporting.

CCW02 – FIFA Fan Festival Waste Disposal Services

A turnkey service for all waste disposal services at the FIFA Fan Festival (FFF), including planning, mobilization, staffing, execution, sustainability, and reporting. The appointed service provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and visible services in collaboration with FWC Boston, the FFF production company, and the municipal waste authorities of the City of Boston.

 

All services must prioritize guest well-being, site hygiene and its alignment with sustainability and operational values.

The scope is likely to include, but is not limited to:

  • Align waste streams, disposal facilities and compliance requirements.
  • Collect and transport waste streams from compounds to licensesd facilities
  • Provide documentation for each transfer.
  • Compliance with all local and federal regulations.

At this time, we are unable to provide additional details about the RFP. Further information will be shared with qualifying companies in the next stage of the process. This will include the signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and the release of the tender documents

Submission Deadline:

To be considered for the tender list, please submit the completed questionnaire no later than October 10th, 2025
