It usually takes 60-90 mins to get from downtown Boston and 45-50 minutes from Providence by road but can take longer during events. Several matches will coincide with regular weekday commuter periods, so please plan accordingly.
Parking and public transportation – including the Boston Stadium Express Bus and Boston Stadium Train – must be booked in advance and require a corresponding same-day match ticket. For more information and to book transportation, please visit here.
Fans are only permitted to bring certain types of bags into the stadium. These approved bags must be clear and made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC material. They must not exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches (30 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm). Additionally, small clutch purses or wallets approximately the size of a hand are allowed, even if not clear and no larger than 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches (or 11 cm x 16.5 cm). It will take place at Boston’s City Hall Plaza from June 12th to 27th and will be a central gathering place for fans, residents, and visitors. FIFA Fan Festival™ Boston is free but advanced registration is required.

Be sure to download it in advance of arriving at the stadium. Please do not travel to the stadium without it!
Stadium gates open 3 hours before kickoff. Arriving early will help avoid queues and give you time to enjoy the full match day atmosphere. Parking lots will open 4 hours before kickoff. Find out more about what’s happening at the stadium here.
The Stadium Fan Experience is exclusively for match ticketholders only and will be full of cool activations and entertainment.
All fans will go through security checks before entering the stadium. Pack light, check the clear bag rules and do not bring prohibited items. There are no storage facilities at the stadium.
There are shopping, dining and entertainment areas within a short walk of the stadium to enjoy before and/or after the match.
The stadium is completely cashless. All fan points of sale now accept electronic payment only including debit and credit cards, wallet or watch. Please arrive prepared with cards or mobile payment.
Stay patient after the final whistle and follow directions for buses, trains, rideshare, and parking. Return trains and buses are expected to be busy.
